The Indian IT firms are switching over the economic slowdown to robust recruitment mode. The top three companies like Infy, TCS and Wipro are all set to hire about 100,000 people in 2011, which is much higher than the 20,000 people they hired last year.

But the fact is that majority of the Indian companies find it challenging to get the right talent at the right time. Attrition is one of the major challenge and In September quarter alone TCS saw a 14.1 percent of attrition.

we have successfull conducted the seminar on WIN7,IE9 silverlight application development  by pavan pathrade microsoft student partner, 70 students were present from the college,

this seminar gave a idea about best technologies in market place..

this is our 2nd event..we ll continue with our work..

Hello everyone..!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we are back with 2nd event

we are going to conduct seminar on " WINDOWS 7,SILVERLIGHT APPLCTN DEVELOPMENT & IE9 FEATURES "in our campus for final year as well as for pre-final yr students  on 20 th of this month......(18/11/2010)

Bangalore: To battle the rising attrition, technology major Infosys has revised its hiring plan for this fiscal year to 40,000 - up 11 percent from the 36,000 projected earlier.

"We are revising our hiring plans, as we need enough bench strength to cash in new opportunities," T V Mohandas Pai, Director (HR), said. The company will hire 11,000 people in the current quarter (October-December) as part of this plan, he added. This will include around 1,500 people outside India. Most of the overseas hiring will be in China and about 600 people in U.S.

Infosys had an employee strength of 122,468 by the end of the second quarter, 16 percent higher than the corresponding period last year. The company plans to reduce the utilisation rate to 77-79 percent from 82 percent as of now.
