Dear Leaders and Readers,

CA PL is a competition of 8 teams which will cover 23 states across the country. There will be only one winner which will be decided by the end of February.

The Teams will comprise of Leader who will guide them towards the victory lane.

What are the benefit of this competition?

-          You will get an essence of working in a team for achieving the common vision.

-          You get a chance to represent your state.

-          You can learn things which you are not aware about.

-          You can take up the responsibility which you are strong at so that team can win.

-          The corporate life is all about working in a team and you will get a chance to experience this first hand.

-           You will learn how a team works.

-           This entitles a chance for you to participate in the Big Bash which will be held in Goa.

Team Work

Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.

            Team Leader

             A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.

      Let’s hope this competition will be a process of sharing and learning.
