to be held from 12th
to 14th March, 2010.
AURORA that means lurninous phenomenon
appearing as bands of light visible
in the night sky which illuminates
the horizon will be turned into reality
at ABV-IIITM.
It’s a 3 days inter college fest championship extravaganza full of new generations enthusiasm and vigour. Boosting the excitement throbbing in the young hearts by bringing in the essence of this inter colllege fest championship with participation from different colleges, gives showcase to the hidden talents, who may be tomorrow's professionals.
The main captivations of AURORA are
Conquistador's Cup, Mr
and Miss Aurora, Celebrity night and
Parivesh where you show
your cumin and personality and grab
the title. Famous bands have performed
in the past like AASMA, Euphoria
and BAND OF BOYS,
who mesmerized the audience on the
celebrity night. The perfect blend
of Indian traditional styling with
a twist of current trends in clothing
brings a wave of freshness in PARIVESH.
Adding to the glamour of the fest
there are dozens of events exploring
all the aspects of your personality.
To mention a few, Oreka,
Radio Jockey-the quest
for ultimate RJ; Cronous-just
a minute to fame, celebrates the spirit
of unrestricted and incessant jabbering;
Pros n Cons. Aviral-elucidating
the quest for superlative orator in
an authentic sense reveals fantabulous
orators.
There are platforms for people interested
in dance, music, art, with people
grooving on different tunes. It gives
golden chance to artists to show how
wacky there art can be. There is an
AD-MAD
show to churn on the ADD that make
people MAD and mime where awesomely
it is shown silence speaks louder
than words. So people let your silence
speak to mesmerize others.
Laughter is the best medicine and
we prescribe overdose of it. The famous
poet, Mr. Kumar Biswas
also joined us and loaded us with
lots of laughter.
With grand success of AURORA'09,
this year is going to follow the suit
and be bigger and better than previous
year. Aurora is not only a bunch of
big names but actually a platform
to showcase talents to celebrate youth
may be inspiring to give a final leap
into stardom.
