He/She will be Responsible for End to End recruitment in the US market.
Sourcing profiles from various job portals , job posting, head hunting.
Evaluating the candidates’ job stability, communication skill and reasons for seeking a career change.
Screening & Scheduling
Post Scheduling Process & Follow up
Making confirmation calls, clarifying doubts of candidates

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education: B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/Diploma - (Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecomunication,)

1) Should have experience in International Call center (US/Canada Voice Process)  minimum 6 months- 5 years

2) Should have passion to make his/her career in recruitment/ HR field.

3) Should have excellent communication.

5) Aggressive and unconquerable will to succeed.
6) Should posses the technical knowledge

6) Absolutely comfortable to work in night shifts (Shift Time 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).

7) Ability to work under pressure environment.

8) Able to Join Immediately.
