Job Description :
Recruit, screen, interview, and close candidates for contract and full time positions
Utilizing various job boards, social networking, referrals and user groups to identify the right talent.
Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.
Well versed with various social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter.
Interview candidates to ensure that their skills match with the job requirements
Document candidate and client communications for future reference.
Follow-up on all contract employees to ensure retention and quality
Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
Negotiate offer, acceptance and start date with candidates
Ensure total customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and resolving customer and contractor issues
Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract new clients.
Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources.
Education: Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
Desired Candidate Profile :
Recruiting experience with the IT staffing or consulting companies.
Must have up to date Information Technology and market knowledge.
Must be highly competitive, innovative and resourceful
Must have good interpersonal skills.
Ability to explore Internet effectively to catch the right talent.
