I am in 4th year.I will complete my graduation in instrumentation engg in 2012.I was not aware tht freshers can not apply for ONGC.I had also cut the challan in favour of ONGC but I just got to know that,I am not eligible for ONGC this year.Now please suggest me what to do with challan it is of Rs.500.
