hey guys, i'm a btech from Anna Univ. Passed out in '09 n workin in CESC ltd. for the past 20 mnths. I gotta know of freshersworld recently n became a premium member. Applied to a few jobs. Now comes my confusion.Its been a week since some of the jobs application dates went by n there's still no response. The status still keeps showing applied.Is that normal? How long does it normally take for cos. to come out wth results? Or do i have to do something else apart from pressing the 'Apply' button.
