Methodology for selecting the Top 10 Companies in India for Freshers is a 3 Stage process:
1st Stage-
The 1st Stage is further divided into two parts. In the first sub-part we open up applications for entry from companies interested to participate in the awards. We also open up a similar section on our website for inviting applications from candidates to select the companies they would be interested to work in (As this data can be highly brand driven, the percentage of votes from this in the final list is kept to a minimum). This stage also kicks into action our data processing unit which looks into available statistics for placement records as well as work to bench ratio, ratio of entry-level workforce (0-2 years)/ Experienced, etc.
2nd Stage-
In this stage, we send out a questionnaire to the companies shortlisted from Stage 1. This includes 10 questions which help us to better understand hiring/retention strategy as well as perks given by the company.
3rd Stage-
This is the final stage for the award campaign. Here our senior team goes on a call/personal meet with the companies shortlisted from Stage 2 and includes an in-depth discussion about the company processes as well as look into the infrastructure as well as facilities provided.
