Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR), inviting application for the post of Research Assistant
Eligibility:Education, experience and technical skills:Bachelors degree in a relevant field such in economics, forestry or natural resources management, etc. Masters degree is an advantage.Demonstrated analytical skills.Knowledge of climate change and REDD issues is an advantage.Good written and spoken English.Strong computer skills in database, word processing and other relevant office applications. Knowledge of analytical software is an advantage.
Personal attributes and competencies:Competent in personal organisation and priority setting with the ability to work effectively under time pressures and manage multiple priorities.Have initiative and is capable of working independently as well as an effective team player.Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with people in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.
