Job Summary
The District KHURDA came into being on 1st April, 1993 by dividing it off its erstwhile Puri District which after division became Puri, Khurda and Nayagarh. Later on, in the year 2000 the District name was changed as KHORDHA . Khurda District has a unique place in history being the last kingdom to be conquered by the British in 1803. It is famous for Barunei temple which is at the top off Barunei Hill. Khordha is situated in 85 degree 37’30”E and 20 degree 11‘N. On the National Highway No.5.
