Stipend :Rs.23, 000
Service Bond: Selected candidates will have to execute a bond of Rs.75, 000/- to complete the training and to serve the Company for a minimum period of three years after completion of training. The amount of Rs.75, 000/- shall be recovered from the candidates as Deposit from their monthly stipend (Rs.7500/- each in the initial two months and Rs.6000/- for rest of the training period). Any trainee leaving in between, his recovered deposit amount will be forfeited in addition to other dues, if any. The candidate will have to deposit the balance of bond money (if not recovered) in case if he/she decides to leave the company. Candidates completing the 3 years service under the Bond will be refunded an amount of Rs. 85000

Application Fee: General OBC Candidate have remit non refundable application Processinf fee of Rs 500 in SBI Bank before filling Online Application Candidate has to approach the nearest SBI Branch with a print out of the “SBI Bank Challan”. The “SBI Bank Challan” printed from the portal should only be used for depositing the fee for proper crediting of amount in the allocated account. On receipt of the money the bank will issue a unique journal number and a branch code of the bank collecting the money. This journal number and the branch code are to be filled up by the candidate during online registration. The journal number has to be kept confidential by the candidate to avoid any misuse. RCF Ltd. will not be responsible, in case a candidate deposits the fee in wrong account. There will not be any other mode of payment of registration amounts.
