Applications are invited for the following posts in the Industrial Establishment Group ‘C’ of Ordnance Factory Dum Dum.

Age limit :18 to 32 years

Selection Procedure: For Ex-Trade apprentices of Ordnance factories: Selection will be made on the basis of their relative merit which will be determined by ‘seniority-cum-suitability’. For other candidates (including XSM): Selection will be made strictly on merit i.e. on the basis of Examination/Trade Test (Written/Practical/Oral).

An application fee of Rs. 50/- is to be paid in the form of Crossed Indian Postal Order (payable at GPO, Kolkata) or Demand Draft (payable at Kolkata) drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of The General Manager, Ordnance Factory Dum Dum, Kolkata- 700 028. Applications may be submitted Photocopies (duly attested by Central/State Govt. Gazetted Officer or Competent Authority) of all the relevant documents i.e. mark-sheets/ certificates of educational & technical qualification, caste certificate & physically handicapped certificate (wherever applicable), age-proof, proof regarding experience in the relevant field and other testimonials, if any must be enclosed with the application. The total number of documents should be mentioned in the application form. The envelop containing the application must be superscribed as Applocation for the post of ________(name of the post applied for) and Category___________(whether UR/SC /ST / OBC and HI/OH/XSM). The last date of receipt of applications will be the 20-12-2010. Application may be send to the Govt.of India.
