Job Description :
- Technical Recruiter will perform following duties:-
- Searching Candidates from various Jobsites such as Monster/Dice and company database.
- Matching resumes with requirements.
- Interviewing candidates to judge their fit for the position.
- Submitting suitable candidates to the clients.
- Should work in Night Shifts
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should have outstanding communication skills.
- Should be ready to work in US Shift (Night shift)
- Should have Knowledge and passion to work in recruitment.
- Should have at least 60% in all the academics.
