Job Description :
1. Trainee-Instructional Design

• Responsible to assist senior ID’s in course design for effective learning and perform the same for all the courses assigned.
• Ensure to assist in designing the Course Outline as per the learning objectives and develop training material meeting the same.
• Enhance knowledge of Instructional Design and Storyboarding
• Assist the seniors in performing technical course setup, populate platforms with content (adhering to templates), proof them for completeness, and best practices for online learning.
• Responsible to write the case studies as assigned by the senior– ID.
• Responsible for the up dation of the client feedback when ever required as assigned by the senior ID.
• Enhance the technical skills.

2. Trainee-Project Management :

• Responsible to perform and deliver all the assigned multiple projects from initiation, plan, execute, control to closure.

• Participate in the project initiation phase of the project which would include negotiation, estimation of scope, time & cost with a view to identify and define project deliverables clearly and contribute to the

• preparation of project execution plan.

• Need to possess a clear understanding of client, as well as its requirement and style of functioning to deliver the high end quality product.

• Identify and select project team members along with the learning design team in the kick off meeting and ensuring that a robust and capable team is built effectively to deliver the project.

• Should be able to work in a team, accept feedbacks and show continuous improvement.

Qualification : MBA (Any Specialization) from 2010/ 2011 batch.

Note : All selected candidates need to undergo training of three to six months by Internal and External professionals.
