Job Description :

  • The job holder will be working with the Business Excellence team of Aviva Life, India.

  • Calling up our existing customers for capturing Voice of customer based on standard questionnaire

  • Capturing the feedback received from the customers

Qualification : Any Graduate

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Graduate from a reputed university/ institute.

Skills/ Knowledge :

  • Fluency in English

  • Excellent customer service skills including strong communication and listening capabilities

  • Proficient in MS office
