Requirements :
- BSC/ BCA/ BE/ B.Tech – 60% ABOVE –2010/2011 pass outs or any exp candidates in BPO-Voice – should have all the mark sheets and consolidated mark sheet
Job Description :
- Handles technical support requests from the Customers and provides quick & efficient resolution accordingly.
- Fields customer technical support requests arriving via telephone & E-mail in a prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gathers customer information, assess and fulfills customer needs, educates the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and documents the interaction through tracking tools.
- Provides quality service and support in a variety of areas as per the service boundary.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and reports the progress/process to the Reporting Manager.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Communicates effectively through both verbal and written channels.
- Ability to work with a team and follow instructions from supervisors and Adheres to procedures laid by the department.
Note : The candidates have to sign a bond for 2 years.
