| 01 | Technical assistant in A.P. Police (Transport Organization) Service | i) Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with Automobile Engineering as one of the subjects of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification. ii) Must posses practical experience of not less than two years in R.T.C. workshop, or defense motor transport workshop or in any workshop of a motor transport manufacturing concern or a reputed work shop handling repairs and maintenance of motor vehicle or in any State Government workshop handling repairs and maintenance or motor vehicles. iii) Must have ability to read and write one of the three language namely Telugu, Hindi and English. | A Candidate shall satisfy the following Physical requirements. a) Must not be less than 167.6 Cms. in height b) must be not less than 86.3 Cms. round the Chest on full inspiration and has a Chest expansion of not less than 5 Cms. Provided that in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes and Aboriginal Tribes where the reserved quota cannot be fully utilized for want of sufficient candidates possessing the requisite Physical Standards, the Physical Standards shall be specified below:- 1) Must not less than 164 Cms in height and must not less than 83.80 Cms. Round the chest on full inspiration with minimum expansion of 5.00 Cms. 2) Must be certified to possess the visual standard specified below without glasses: (i) Right Eye : Distant Vision V–6/6, Near Vision-Reads 0.5 & Left Eye : V–6/6, Reads 0.5(Snellon)ii) Each eye must have a full field of vision as tested by and movements. iii) Colour Blindness, Squint or any morbid condition of the eyes or the lids of either eye, knock-knee and pigeon chest, flat foot, varicose vains, hammor toes, fractured limbs and decayed teeth shall be deemed to be disqualification. |

Written Examination Centre & Date : The Written Examination will be held on 09/06/2012 at Hyderabad.
Procedure of Selection: The Selection Of Candidates For Appointment To The Post will be made by Written Examination (Objective Type) for eligible candidates. The Final selection of these posts will be based on the Written Examination.
Fee : Each applicant must pay Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) towards Application Processing Fee and Examination Fee Rs.120/- (if Candidates are not exempted from payment of Fee). Payment of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) towards application processing fee is compulsory for all Applicants. Mode of Payment of Fee : Step I :-The Candidate has to logon to the AP PSC website and enter his/her Basic Personal Details like Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, and Community. II Step:-Immediately on entering the above details the Applicant will get (downloadable)- Challan Form to pay the Fee at AP Online centers /State Bank of India. III Step:-The Applicant should pay the prescribed Fee in any one of the A.P. Online centers / State Bank of India and obtain Fee paid challan with Journal Number in the first instance. IV Step:-On the next working day after payment of Fee the Applicant should again visit AP PSC website and enter the Journal Number to get the format of Application. The applicant has to invariably fill all the columns in the Application and should submit ON-Line. Even after making payment of fee, candidate fails to submit the bio-data particulars, such applications shall be rejected without giving any notice. V Step:- If any candidate fails to enter “Community” for any reason, they will be treated as an OC without giving any notice.
