Qualification :

  • BE/ B.Tech (CSE/ IT)/ MCA from 2011 batch with aggregate of 60% and above.

Job Description :

  • Candidate will work as a part of the Delivery organization, supporting new and existing customers of MetricStream.
  • Candidate will work closely with the rest of the team to log, analyze and provide solutions to customer issues relating to MetricStream‘s products.
  • Interact with the Product Development/QA and Release Management teams to provide necessary input and ensure timely delivery of fixes.

Skills Required :

  • Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL and other database languages.
  • Web development skills including HTML, JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of Java Programming language is desirable.
