Qualification : (i) Master’s degree in Physics / Chemistry / Materials Science with 55 % marks or equivalent CGPA and two years research experience as evidence from published papers in standard refereed journals; (ii) ME/ M.Tech. or equivalent degree in Engineering/Technology with 55 % marks or equivalent CGPA

Age limit : 32 Years

Fellowship : Rs. 18,000/-

Duration : Three years
