Age Limit: 30 Years for General category candidates and 35 years for reserved categories candidates.

Pay Scale :Rs.13000-14000

Note : Knowledge of Gujarati, English & Computer is essential

Application Fee: Demand Draft of Rs. 500/-.and for SC/ST Category Candidates have to send Demand Draft of Rs. 250/-. payable in favour of “UGVCL, Mehsana”. And write down your Name & Confirmation number on the back side of the Demand Draft

Remuneration:Fixed remuneration for 1st and 2nd year would be Rs.13, 000/-and Rs.14, 000/-
respectively per month

Scope of carrier Development:On completion of successful and satisfactory two years services as Junior Engineer (Vidyut Sahayak), the candidates will be appointed on regular establishment as “JUNIOR ENGINEER” in the scale of Rs. 17, 300-38, 610 depend on his overall performance.

Selection :There will be 4 sections in multiple choice question paper having approximate equal weight age for each section
Section – I General Knowledge 10%   
Section – II English Language 15%
Section – III Electrical Engineering 60%
Section – IV Computer Knowledge 15%
