Qualifications : (i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate Qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. Holders of the educational qualification included the Part II of Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in the sub-section (3) of the section 13 of the Indian Medical Act 1956. (ii) Completion of compulsory rotating internship.
Desirable : Trained in technique of medical termination of pregnancy and tubectomy operations with one year experience in conducting these procedures.
Working Hours : Part-time LMO’s will be required to work for four hours per day as per the timings fixed by SEMO.
