Site Engineer recruitment at Namokar Consultants, Pune
Job Description
Job Profile:
- Generally responsible for implementations of all civil works at site.
- Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil works prior to execution.
- Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
- Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
- Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the civil work groups at site.
- Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical and mechanical groups.
- Monitors the actual physical works at site.
- Coordinates with Consultants representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
- Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all civil groups at site.
- Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
- Supports the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the civil groups at site.
- Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
- Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
- Performs other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager.
- Supervising certifying and Executions of all construction activity
- Site Execution as per the drawings provided by the Architect and Structural Consultant.
- Looked After all Finishing Work checking with the Consultants.
- Site management and handling the work as per specifications, drawings and method.
- Execution on finishing work like flooring, Tilling, Painting, plumbing, Drainage lines, P.O.P False ceiling, carpentry other internal activities & handover to client.
- Coordination with directors & Architects
- Responsible for day to day activities at site, execution of work according to plan, progress of work. Should be smart in managing contractors / workers / consultants
- To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any
- To coordinate with different contractors, agencies to maintain and improve quality of construction work.
- To watch and inspect the construction work and assure that it is done in full accordance with the drawings, technical
- specifications and bills of quantities
- Ensuring the correct implementation of the works according to technical specifications
- To prepare MIS on monthly basis, monthly consumption reports, daily progress report.
