- Should have little knowledge of all common technologies.
- Should have made some project using various technologies.

- Keen to learn.
- Ready to work on niche technologies.
3) Jr. Dot Net Developer :-
- Should have good knowledge of dot net.
- Should have made some project using dot net.
- Good communication skills.
- Keen to learn.
