Job Description:
- Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates in comparison to client requirements.
- Coordinating Technical interviews with the US/India team and maintain communications and update all the parties involved via email/phone as required.
- Upload requirements and resumes and all other details in the Share Point portal against the requirement.
- Format the resume and present shortlisted candidates to manager/clients with their key skills and all the info on the candidates as per the requirement. Preparing candidates for interview with clients.
- Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
- Publish progress report to management every week.
- Manage and handle issues of the offshore recruitment team.
Required Skills:
Any Graduate
Ideally 0.3 months to 1.5 years experience with International Bpo (US voice)
Excellent communication skills( Both written and Verbal).
Salary: Not a constraint for right candidate.
Attractive incentive package.
