Job Description
- Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Produce project estimates during sales process, including expertise required, total number of people required, total number of development hours required, etc.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Create site layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Create and maintain software documentation and should be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site.
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and applies them into operations and activities.
- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent.
- Must have strong skills in PHP, WordPress, Drupal, CSS, SQL, MySQL, Bootstrap and other CMS or framework like Joomla.
- Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to clients.
- Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy of any progress or delays. Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to the clients.
