Campus Fest

IGNUS is the annual Inter collegiate Sports-techno-cult cum Socio-Entrepreneurship festival of IIT Rajasthan. This time IGNUS comes even bigger with the extravaganza comprising of two parts-VARCHAS, the Inter-collegiate Sports Week of IIT Rajasthan and TAKSH, the techno-cult and Socio-Entrepreneurship weekend.

The sports festival, VARCHAS which redefined sports is here to give you an adrenaline rush and to get you off your couch and onto the field. With the encapsulation of the three simple words – Vigour, Valor and Victory , VARCHAS has seen participation from colleges all over the country. TAKSH, on the second hand is an initiative conceived, guided and successfully launched by the IIT Rajasthan family. In its second year, our endeavours revolve around a Binary Focus- the propagation, celebration and enrichment of our culture and the other being the realization of our moral responsibilities towards the society.

This edition would be witness to some of the most renowned workshops including those of Android, Hacking and Embedded Robotics, exciting competitions, adrenaline rushing night shows and highly entertaining on the spot activities to take you to a completely different world of ecstasy.

With competitions ranging from Halla Bol- the Street play competition to Choreoanxious- the Dance nite to Lines of War- the Robo clash, TAKSH provides participants from all genres to prove themselves against their counterparts. VARCHAS on the other hand comes as a blend of rivalry and the sporting spirit with teams competing for the ultimate glory in all kinds of sports.

‘Words when simply spelt just make sound, but words when meant bring an impact’. TAJ IITJ CONCLAVE is a socio educative initiative targeting students at all levels conducted at one of the most renowned hotels of Jodhpur- Taj Vivanta. Having successfully hosted the first edition of TIC, IIT Rajasthan proudly presents the second edition of TIC and this time our issue is Entrepreneurship.
