Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship
for College and University students
The Ministry of Human Resources Department,
Govt of India has introduced " Central
Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University
students" with effect from the financial
year 2008-2009. Students who have secured a minimum
of 80% marks in class XII of 10+2 pattern or equivalent
from Kerala Higher Secondary Education Board/
Vocational Higher Secondary Education Board during the
academic year 2009-10 and pursuing regular courses (Degree/
Professional courses) in the recognized educational
institutions are eligible for consideration of this
scholarship. Family annual income of the applicant should
not be exceeded 4.5 Lakhs. Income affidavit and non-creamy
layer certificate from the competent authority should
be attached with the hard copy of application form .
Students availing any other scholarship are not eligible
