NETAJI SUBHAS NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF SPORTS - PATIALA
Applications are invited for SPORTS SCHOLARSHIPS for the
year 2005-06 from sports persons studying in
Schools/Colleges/Universities who have secured First/Second/Third
position in individual events or Winner/Runners-up position in Team
Events in below mentioned recognised competitions held between
01.01.2004 to 31.12.2004:-
a) SCHOLARSHIPS@ Rs.10,200/- per annum each to regular
bonafide college/university students (Above 10+2) for sports
achievements in International/Senior/Junior Nationals/AIIU/National
School games/National School games.
b) NATIONAL LEVEL SCHOLARSHIPS@ Rs.8400/- per annum each to
regular bonafide students (Upto 10+2 classes) upto 18 years of age
for sports achievements in International/Senior/Junior
Nationals/National School Games/National Sports Festival for Women /
All India Rural Sports Tournaments or North East Sports Festival.
c) STATE LEVEL SCHOLARSHIPS@ Rs.6600/- per annum each to
regular bonafide students (Upto 10+2 classes)upto 18 years of age
for sports achievements in recognised State leel Competitions /
State School Games.
d) SCHOLARSHIPS@ Rs.18000/- per annum each to SENIOR WOMEN
NATIONAL CHAMPIONS above 19 years of age who have secured
First/Second/Third position in individual events only in Senior
Nationals.
e) SCHOLARSHIPS @ Rs.10,000/- p.a. each for women having
M.P.Ed and doing M.Phil / Ph.D in Physical Education under any
recognized University.
