COMMONWEALTH SCHOLARSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP  PLAN-2005 CANADA Ministry of Human Resource Development Department of Secondary & Higher Education 1. Applications on plain paper are invited from Indian Nationals in the Format given at the end for the award of Canadian Commonwealth Scholarship tenable in the academic year -2005 (beginning September 1) for Master's and Doctoral Degree in the subject-fields mentioned below. Not more than twenty (20) nominations including twelve(12) for pursuing studies under the Canadian Commonwealth Scholarship Plan. 2. Age : There is no restriction with respect of the age of candidates but preference will be given to those candidates who have obtained their first Graduation/Master's Degree, as per requirement within last five years. 3. Level: These Scholarships will be awarded for studies leading Master's and Doctoral Degree. Candidates who have already completed Ph.D or about to complete it are unlikely to be considered. 4. Subject Fields : 1. Political Science/International Relations with particular emphasis on Canada-India relations. 2. Education 3. Architecture 4. Geography 5. Computer Science 6.
