Test - NAT
SCHOLARSHIPS
SRDE Educational & Testing Services (SETS)
offers one time scholarship of a total amount worth Rs. 1,00,000/-
to be distributed among the top 1% rank holders of NAT-UG and NAT-PG
.
The award of scholarship is one time and time bound.
The scholarship is non-transferable.
The candidates will receive the amount after
submission of necessary filled in documents and verification
details. SETS reserves the right to use such data, details and
information wherever and whenever it requires. Such details will
become the exclusive property of SETS.
The amount will be distributed through crossed cheque in favour of
the candidates. In case the management decides to offer the
scholarships in person; No TA/DA will be paid. In the event that a
designated recipient declines to accept a scholarship, the
scholarship shall be offered to the next highest ranked eligible
applicant, if any.
SETS does not undertake any liability or responsibility over and
above the disbursement of the total value of Rs. 100000/- to NAT-UG
and NAT-PG rankers on merit basis.
Only candidates having appeared for NAT-UG or NAT-PG
will be eligible for the scholarship. In no case any reason shall be
entertained for reasons such as candidates not being able to attend
the test or clash of test dates or cancellation of test at a
particular city etc. The conduct of test at any one city shall also
be concluded as the test being held and hence no claim whatsoever
shall be entertained.
Revaluation or screening of the corrected answer
sheets is not permitted.
A candidate can appear either in NAT-UG or NAT-PG
test based on his/her eligibility. Graduate candidates shall not be
entitled for appearing in NAT-UG test. Such candidates shall be
disqualified for scholarship offer.
All procedures and terms and conditions of the NAT
bulletin have to be followed in spirit and actions. The final
decision shall however finally rest with the executive committee of
SETS in case of any dispute, ambiguity etc
NAT Candidate Eligibility
NAT - UG (Under-Graduate): Candidates who are
going to appear/appeared in the 10+2 of recognised Boards in 2008
are eligible to appear for NAT-UG and their results will be valid
only if they clear the Senior Secondary or equivalent examination of
the approved Boards.
NAT - PG (Post-Graduate): Graduates/Candidates
who have appeared/are going to appear in the final year of the
graduate degrees courses of UGC/AICTE recognised
Universities/Institutions in 2008 are eligible to appear for NAT-PG
and their results will be valid only if they clear the qualifying
examination.
How To Apply:
The candidates have to purchase the NAT Information
Bulletin and fill up the enclosed OMR registration form for NAT-UG
or NAT-PG as the case may be. Please ensure that relevant option of
NAT-UG or NAT-PG as case may be is properly filled in. In case
option is not filled, the form will be summarily rejected.
The specimen Registration Form for NAT duly filled
in with the data of a specimen candidate is enclosed in the NAT
Bulletin. Please read it carefully before filling in the actual
Registration Form. Please send the filled-in Registration form at an
early date, so that it reaches the Society’s office at A-1/4,
Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi-110085.
The completed Registration form can be mailed by
affixing necessary postal stamps by ordinary post or by any other
mode /manner (Speed Post, Registered Post, Courier Mail) etc.
