in Employment New 8-14 May 2004 from the Indian Nationals
residing in India for the following categories of
Scholarships offered by the Government of Portugal for the
academic year, 2004-2005 so as to reach this Ministry of the
address given above by 31st May , 2004
(A). One (1) Scholarhip of 9 months duration for
postgraduate studies/research in the field of Education.
Eligibility Condition for (A)
a) The applicants must have completed Bachelor Degree in
Education with at least 60% marks, with 2 years experience
in the field of teaching.
b) The applications should not be more than 45 years of age
as on 31.05.2004
(B) Two (2) research Scholarships to post-graduates in
Portuguese Language and Culture for a period not exceeding
twelve months each. And (C) One (1) Annual Scholarships (8/9
months) to a teacher of Portuguese Language and Culture at
the University or secondary school level , to attend a
teachers training course on Portuguese a foreign language.
Eligibility Condition for (B) & (C)
Scholarships, not renewable, are meant for Postgraduates,
university Teachers and artists who know Portuguese Language
and who wish to undertake research in Portuguese Language
and Culture. Only the candidates who have secured
admission/acceptance in a Portuguese Institute / University
may apply. The applicants should not be more than 45 years
of age as on 31.05.2004.
