The program offers One Year Training at Manipal Global, Bangalore campus wherein you will be trained exclusively for the job profile 

Candidate needs to pay the Course Fee Rs: 1.5 lakh + Applicable Taxes 
in advance & 1.24 lakh will provided as stipend.Effective cost of the program is 24k only and bank loan is also provided.

During the Training Program the first 4 months will be classroom training 
at Manipal Global, Bangalore & next 8 months candidates will be designated at the HDFC ERGO branches, subject to vacancy

Eligibility:-

1. Age: Candidate must be up to 25 years of age
2. Education: Any Graduates from a government recognized university with minimum 50% marks.

Job Role:-

As per performance, after successful completion of training , from 13th month onwards candidate will be designated as Sales Executive

Guaranteed Bonus Scheme

HDFC ERGO is the only company which provides bonus along with the stipend, the entire course fee 1.5 lakh will be refunded as bonus within 3 years of employment.

·         After completion of first year as employee, he/she will get INR 37,500 -25% of 1.5 lakhs

·         After completion of second year as employee, he/she will get INR 52,500 - 35% of 1.5 lakhs  

·         After completion of third year as employee, he/she will get INR 60,000 - 40% of 1.5 lakhs

*The bonus will be paid only after completion of one year of continuous service in employment. The separating employee serving the notice period and employee under PIP will not be eligible for the bonus.
