Program Summary

On successful completion of 12 months of the Smart Achievers Program, you will be absorbed by HDFC Life at J2 band (one level above than the entry level front line sales employees) with the compensation of INR 3.0 lakhs + incentives.

Yes. The candidate need to pay the course fee Rs 1.4 Lakhs + Service Tax. (This fees includes the accommodation and food expenses during the 4 months residential classroom training program at Manipal University, Bangalore)
Loan facility for complete course fee is available from HDFC Bank. Majority of the course fee will be refunded to you as stipend & benefits during the course itself.

Program is conducted at Manipal University Campus in Bangalore. It is a 4 Month Residential program. Food and Stay will be provided by Manipal University. There is no additional Cost for Food or Hostel during the 4 months of Training. You will get Rs. 2500 as stipend during the Training at Manipal University.

Yes. You will get a stipend of INR 2,500/- per month during the 4 months classroom training at Manipal campus and INR 16,000/- per month, along with performance based incentives during the 6 months internship with HDFC Life.

You can directly attend the interview only on the date & venue selected by you during the registration. You will be receiving an automated email immediately after the registration with interview date, venue & other details. Also you will be receiving an Interview Admit card from Freshersworld Two days prior to the selected interview date. Incase you did not receive the Admit Card you can use the print out of automated email received for attending the interview.
