Job Description:
Must have working knowledge of seafood production equipment.
Demonstrated ability to fillet all types of whole fish in accurate and timely manner.
Ability to reduce processing costs but cutting and sizing portions accurately with good yields as well as meeting customer specs.
Use knives Process primal parts into cuts that are ready for retail use.
Remove parts, such as skin, feathers, scales or bones, from carcass.
Separate, cleavers or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trim
