Job Description
High level:
Develop and grow online/offline partnerships to sell TWF products.
Job description:
- Work directly with our senior leadership in the development of a messaging strategy and calendar
- Ownership of offline/online sales via channel stores and partners
- Develop and execute strategies to approach, convince and close deals with retail stores, chains, cafes, etc.
- Identify additional channels and partners for sales
- Monitor and measure performance
- Create activation strategies
Requirements:
- Perfect written English, Hindi
- Extrovert, excellent negotiation & sales skills
- Smart, driven, flexible individual with an attitude to get things done
- Entrepreneurial mindset & ability to work independently
- Interest in food (either to eat or to cook. Both will put you in good company)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office etc.
Optional but not required:
- Experience in dealing with distributors, buyers, retail outlets
- Experience in driving partnership deals
- Pursuing MBA
- Affinity for technology
