- Job Profile: Academic Consultant
- Job Location: MUMBAI & PUNE
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales any graduated can apply.
- Fresher graduated in BE , B.Tech and BCA .
- It will be a field sales
- Leads will be given by the company
- CTC Range: Fixed CTC: 3 L - 3.6 L
- Total CTC: Fixed CTC + Variable which is 7,20,000 PA
- CTC range: 10.2 L - 10.8 L
- Good Communication and Negotiation skills
- Candidates should carry their laptop
- Location : Pan India
- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions.
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions.
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as solution
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
- Learn/ Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
- Qualification & Skills:Graduate
- Proficient in English and local language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Qualification Requirement: Fresher- BE,B.Tech and BCA
- Experience Any Graduate 10+2+3 Graduate
- Language Proficiency:English & Regional Language
