Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining the Classrooms and Office premises Neat and tidy.
- Responsible for handling enquires .
- Responsible for taking attendance and updating in the system regularly
- Collection and follow up of fees , as per the schedule.
- Responsible for preparing students with their project work
- Responsible for preparing test time tables, PTM, entering students marks, preparing question papers.
- Responsible for coordinating with teachers for their class hours, late entries and any academic related queries.
- Handover of information between coordinators and other management staff.
- Attending and scheduling meetings as and when required.
- Responsible for taking care of the inventory stocks of books and materials
- Responsible for maintaining the library books.
- Responsible for planning events, colour days and festivals for school.
