Female Course Counselor & Admin for an Educational Institution in Bangalore.
Salary is negotiable depending on the person's past qualifications & experience.
Required Skills:
1) Good communication in English. Preferably, fluent in Kannada.
2) Experience in education course counselling/ Admin/ Sales.
3) Convincing & Negotiation Skills
4) Positive & Cooperative mindset.
Job role includes:
1) Calling the Student Enquiry leads provided & make them clearly understand our Courses.
2) Schedule Visits, Counsel the student inquiries about our courses and make them enrol for admissions
3) Coordinate with students and trainers regarding admissions & batch scheduling.
4) Post on social media platforms about student activities happening in the institution.
5) Upsell courses & coming up with creative plans & ideas for business growth.
