Job Summary:

Sriram International Institute of Tourism & Hospitality is seeking for a counsellor, one who can offer guidance and facilitates both existing and prospective learners with necessary information

Job Role:

Handling enquiries pertaining to admissions, assessments, examinations & certification
Maintaining and recording enquiry forms on Student data management software.
Assisting learners in enrolment procedures
Monitoring needs regarding progress, and promote career awareness and personal growth of the learners
Assisting with career/ portfolio development.
Informing and contacting learners in case of prolonged absence and the consequences of such absence.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Providing information and guidance on examinations, assessments and re-sits.
Resolving any student grievances and escalate the issues to Centre Head for further action when necessary
Organising and facilitating student and staff training programs.
Making learners aware of the complaints & appeals procedures
Open to travel for Marketing and Promotional activities in and around Delhi / NCR.
