Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

• Main focus of the Job will be to counseling the students over the phone or face to face for Tata Institute of social sciences (TISS) HR and Digital Marketing Courses
• Convert counseled students to the admission.
• Creative candidate will be preferred.
• Candidate must posses the capability to understand the course curriculum and make research on the basis of the same

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Candidate should be well-versed in calling.
• Must have experience in lead management.
• Candidate must have experience in educational counseling.
• Candidate should be well spoken (ENGLISH).
• Candidate should have hands on MS Office.
• Candidate should be able to learn new things quickly.
• Candidate behavior should be friendly and able to work in team.
• Can work on weekends ( counselor can avail week off during weekdays)
