Job Description
- JD-COUNSELOR/ACADEMIC ADVISOR JOB DETAILS:
- Job Title/Designation: Academic COUNSELOR (Preferably Female)
- Academic COUNSELOR is responsible for assessing student needs, goals, interests and prior academic experiences in order to guide students to the best suited course/ academic options offered at Jetking, which will facilitate student’s success.
- An Academic COUNSELOR should collaborate with faculty members and other center employees to address the academic advising needs of students or groups of students.
- He/ She will create a student delight experience and be Responsible for handling telephonic prospects and documenting the same in an enquiry register.
- Responsible to counsel walk – in prospects and ensure conversion into budgeted enrollments.
- Conduct house visits of prospects and ensure conversion into budgeted enrollments.
- Responsible for creation of identity cards for new enrollments before batch commencement.
- Responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensure zero outstanding.
- Maintain installment register in real time.
- Responsible for delivering promotional presentations and seminars in colleges / institutes.
- Conduct competitor visits on a regular periodicity
- Qualifications Mandatory: Graduate in any stream Desired: MBA in Marketing / Course in Student Psychology.
- Experience Relevant: 0 to 2 years in sales/ marketing field.
- COMPETENCIES: Intelligence, Analytical and logical skills, Judgment /Decision Making, Integrity, Organizing, Managing Stress, Communication: Oral and Written, Goal Setting, Team Building, Accountability, Conflict Management, Motivation, Customer focus, Listening, Negotiation, Team Player skills
