Job Description
- Prepare list of target schools and areas, and prepare strategies to convert maximum students from those targets schools and areas
To make cold calls to the available data of students, and parents.
To make calls to prospective students / parents and existing students / parents for inquiries, admissions or activities.
To make sure the admission life cycle is followed diligently
To go through the admission targets and prepare next steps on achieving the branch targets
To go through the hot, moderate and cold leads and prepare a plan for converting them
To perform admission counselling and maintaining 80% admission conversion ratio
To follow up with pending payments.
To escalate the cases to Branch In charge where the payments are not made by the students inspite of the two reminders.
To produce a weekly fee collection and pending fee report and send it to the Branch In charge
To perform admission registration and issue fee receipts
Manage and track compliance of Admissions process at the branch level.
Maintain list of messages and relay them to the respective personnel
Maintain list of action items given by reporting manager and track them to closure
Maintain Student inquiry and follow-up to closure
Maintain Student admission data
Maintain Student / Parent Communication in student's profile
