Supervises: NIL
Job Responsibilities
• To be responsible for handling telephonic prospects and documenting the same in an enquiry register
• To be responsible to council walk – in prospects and ensure conversion into budgeted enrollments
• To conduct house visits of prospects and ensure conversion into budgeted enrollments
• To be responsible for creation of identity cards for new enrollments before batch commencement
• To be responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensure zero outstanding
• To maintain installment register in real time
• To be responsible for delivering promotional presentations and seminars in colleges / institutes
• To conduct competitor visits on a regular periodicity
Mandatory: Graduate in any stream
Desired: MBA in Marketing / Course in Student Psychology
Female Candidate - Any graduate (BA/BCOM/BSC/BCA) with Marketing skill.
- Candidate should be good looking, young, smart with a dynamic personality.
- Candidate must have good communication and knowing Marathi/Hindi/English
- Candidate should have ability to handle enquirers/walk-in, convert them into enrollments and generate the Business. Candidate has to understand the follow-up and cold calling.
- Candidate have to give the presentation to schools and colleges.
- Candidate has to do different kind of activities for brand promotion, conduct Product Seminar in various colleges/schools, Market Survey, Competitors visit, and analyses business & customers.
