- Contacting pre-generated leads (domestic & international) through telephone calls and e-mails.
- Understanding the prospective students’ background, aspiration and eligibility.
- Counseling them on online learning programs offered by U18.
- Providing information about various courses available to the prospects and guiding them about the best course suitable for them.
- Follow-up and conversion of the leads into admissions
- Making various sales-related reports and complying with the call quality standards.
Desired profile:
- Preferred academic qualification: Graduation (any stream). Preferred experience: 0-2 years in sales/voice/ international BPO process
- Should be confident, good team player and possess above average communication skills.
- Must have high-quality presentation and convincing skills
- Should be able to handle work pressure and meet targets.
