Job is divided into 2 Parts (Mentor and Sales which is Target oriented)
For the 1st 15 days, Students around 100 will be provided to you by a company that is under trial course.

As a mentor, you will teach guide and help those students to learn online and share the report cards about students learning progress with the parents and start building a good reputation with parents.
For the second part comes the Sales which is a Target-oriented part.

Out of 100students who were under the Trail course under you for learning a minimum of 10 students should buy the full course and you have to achieve the target in the next 15 days also your variable pay is directly linked to your performance and Achievement of your Target.
