About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Mining research papers from different research databases
2. Collating the list of papers based on an established criterion
3. Working on the literature review of chapters based on topics under discussion
4. Assisting in data analytics and statistical analysis for the same
5. Working on the tabulation of literature review papers
6. Engaging in research writing
7. Working on academic content development
8. Making presentations for training programs
9. Writing LinkedIn articles, Twitter tweets, and articles
10. Creating Instagram posts/reels and working on YouTube videos

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per achieved assignment target).

Work domain: Behavioral sciences, learning sciences, learning & development, digital learning, organizational behavior, human resource management, management sciences.

Work bifurcation:

1. Paper/Data mining: 20%
2. Tabulation: 20%
3. Writing: 40%
4. Statistical analysis: 20% (using SPSS & R)

Note: Please don't apply if you have exams and will need to take a break as this is a time-bound assignment, and we cannot afford a break. You will also be required to come to the nearest point for regular connections in Yelahanka (Nehrunagar) thrice a week.
