Job Role: Account Assistant
Qualification: B.Com/BFA Graduate (third year graduate not pursuing further education can also apply)
Should have working knowledge in Tally and Excel
Should be able to extract reports from Tally and prepare reports in Excel using Pivot, Vlookup, sumifs, Filter etc.
Location: Khar (however travelling will be involved between Mulund and Khar)
Responsibilities:
-Checking of invoices presented by vendor expenses
-Reconciliation with vendor ledgers
-Daily checking of cash expenses and reporting to management
-Assistance in audit
Candidate must be good at solving problems, co ordinating and communicating with various vendors, internal team and management, should be able to handle pressure
Salary range:
7-10k pm for graduate
5-8k pm for undergraduate
Timings: 6 day working/ 9 am to 7 pm
