Job Description
Primary Responsibility – Accounts & Recovery
- Maintaining accounts like petty cash, inward receivables, payments to staff & vendors.
- Writing book of accounts, sales register, journal & cash register.
- Ensuring Sales, Service & income Tax documentation is in place.
- Ensuring timely payments of all office utilities.
- Liaison with sales & outdoor staff for accounts of their daily spends like conveyance & promotional expenses.
- Should be well versed with banking procedures & stand responsible for safekeeping of bank cheque books, office cash & DDs.
- Liaison with clients regarding pending receivables, via telephonic or through emails. Ensuring timely receipt of the same.
