About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on end-to-end management and handholding of designated clients
2. Act as the first point of contact with banks, designated clients, and internal stakeholders
3. Work on end to end handling of new clients including requirement collation, coordination with banks, and internal teams (technology & TechOps till the client go-live)
4. Handle and resolve customer complaints
5. Manage to troubleshoot, give effective solutions, provide information & reports, and improve customer satisfaction
6. Generate business leads from banks & existing clients proactively
7. Nurture account management clients to act as a key account
8. Coordinate with internal teams and follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
9. Identify urgent situations and escalate issues appropriately
