JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintaining documents & registers as per rules & regulations of central excise In ERP
- RG-1(Daily stock register)
- RG23 A-I & A-II Registers
- RG23 C-I & C-II Registers
- Maintaining Service Tax Credit report
- Issue register of Raw Material.PLA Register.
- Keeping separate records of monthly credit & debit details.
- Maintaining Excise sales invoice files.
- Maintaining all types of Input credit bills files.
- Preparation of ER-1 Related reports and online (monthly) return filing.
- Preparation of Service Tax report & online ST-3 return. Â Letter Correspondences with excise dept.
- Attended central excise audit from commissionerate office, Belgaum
- Preparation tentative statement on monthly central excise payable.
- Preparation of Jobwork 4(5)a & b challans
- Maintaining Issued 4(5)a & b challans records.
- Follow-ups for issued challns.
- Keeping records of received 4(5) a & b challans.Â
- Preparation of Job work Labour charges Invoices.Â
- Making entries of Job work labour charges invoices against our 4(5) a invoices.
- Preparation of Invoices
- Preparation of Invoices supporting papers.
- Material follow-ups
- Material Dispatching as per customer requirement.
- Keeping records dispatches.
- Daily Dispatched status updating to management., maintaining purchase order copies
- 3.5 Lakh per/annum
- 6 to 8 year of experience is must
